Pet care experience
I have been around animals my whole life. From small dogs to large ones. We always had a dog in our home growing up. I have 2 sweet Golden Retriever named Lily and Leo. I am an RN currently not practicing after Covid and a Mom of grown kids. I have pet sat for many families and also have done drop ins. I can administer medication if needed along with supervised special treats/diets needed.I have the time to love and care for your pet like my own. I also home sit with your pets and can provide potty breaks during the day/evening.

I have a fenced in yard for your animals to run around with mine. I also have a very safe, quiet and low traffic neighborhood for walks. If they like to swim I have an in ground pool as well. With smaller dogs I always get into the pool with them if they like to swim. My two will not get into the pool at all. Every dog is different. Some love to play fetch and retrieve and some like to just sit and watch. We never stay out very long when it is hot and I always have fresh cold water upon coming in and outside as well. If your pet is an inside pet that is no problem. We just do potty breaks and I have games inside. Board games like find the treat etc made just for dogs. If I am in your home sitting I follow your pets schedule and your requests. I will also send photos and video to you to see your sweet pet!

Please let me know if your pet has a special diet or medications. Snack times if you are watching your pets weight. Also, if your pet has any anxiety or is anxious or afraid of anything. As an RN I am comfortable administering any kinds of medications. I give my Golden allergy shots so it is not a problem!
A typical day
We will have play time with balls, toys and bones. If your pet has a favorite toy or blanket it is recommended that you bring that with them. We take walks around my quiet neighborhood. We have indoor games for rainy days also. I also have a sprinkler if your pet likes to run in and out of the water! Extra pets and love is always given at our house!

I am currently not practicing as an RN after Covid. My youngest is 17 and I wanted to be home with him to finish out his high school years. I am free weekly to sit, walk or do drop ins.
