I have never met an animal that I didn't love. I grew up on a farm and find my most inner peace when I am surrounded by animals. I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, cows, rabbits, and chickens. I have been petsitting for over 10 years and have never had a bad relationship with any of my clients. I enjoy the work I do and it is helpful to earn some extra cash while in school. I have training in doggie first aid and am familiar with both common and rare medical conditions and emergencies. I worked for about 6 months at York Vet office in Yorktown as an animal care worker and vet assistant. I know how to administer insulin to dogs with diabetes as well as give oral and topical antibiotics and medications. I enjoy playing with pets and resting with pets. I think its important for dogs to associate both play and love with someone, rather than just one or the other.
