Pet care experience
I’m a 5th year PhD student in Educational Psychology. I earn the trust of pets quickly by paying close attention to their behaviors and breed specific quirks. You and your pet(s) will love my ability for super early and late hours and unending patience! I am prepared to care for a range of pets (dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, other small mammals) I am experienced in training and working with many animals (strangely enough I have even helped train lizards). I will stick to any training goals you and your dog(s) are working towards and strive to follow any instructions you provide. I am not shy in any weather, I will work to provide your dog(s) with exercise and excellent care rain or shine. I am neat and tidy and will leave your home and beloved pet(s) clean, safe and secured.

A typical day
I strive to treat each pet just as their owners would. I spend time talking to pets and giving attention, scratches, and cuddles especially when they seem anxious without their owner at home. I’ll play with their favorite toy or sit with them in their favorite spots. During walks I keep a watchful eye of any environmental triggers and avoid any conflict so that both pets and owners feel confident and successful.

I work part time for NCSU as a graduate student but I have a fairly flexible schedule. If your pets schedule is flexible, I’m likely available.
