I was very disappointed and frustrated by this service. I needed someone to do a drop-in visit for my 3 month old puppy, Raya, while I was at work. Raya still has one set of vaccinations left before she can go for walks or safely be around other dogs. Lindsay dropped in and did not mention that she would also bring another dog with her. Had she mentioned or asked for permission I would have said no, because Raya could have been at risk for getting sick if exposed to other dogs, and because she is still in puppy training and in the process of understanding how she reacts with new dogs. Not only did Lindsay risk the safety of my puppy and the other dog, but she allowed both dogs on the couch which we have been training is off limits. To top it off, she allowed her dog to go potty on our patio right at the door exit/walkway and did not clean it up before leaving. When I asked Lindsay about these issues hoping she could give me her perspective, she was short and defensive.

Lindsey stayed at my house for a month while I was visiting my father and family in India. I met her just the day before I was leaving and though we had had a few conversations, I was still a bit nervous about leaving my furry family, and entire home, to someone I didn't really know well. But it worked out really well--I got regular texts and photographs of my three kitties and (elderly) doggie and deeply appreicated being communicated with at such a regular basis especially as I was so far away. When I came back, my furry family were calm and happy so I knew from their energies that they were cared for really well. Little Picco, my elderly doggie, had a ear infection and Lindsey took him to the vets as well which was a huge relief, and of course applied the meds. Little Tiny, Lindsey's doggie, was also a lot of fun and I think livened up the other's lives a bit. My house was also tidy when I got back--and I appreciated the little fridge magnet gifts and card which brought me up to date. It was a good experience and I highly recommend her services and professional work. Thank you, Lindsey.
