When a paw could use a hand!

Pet care experience

Most days I feel like I understand dogs more than people. I get their culture, tendencies and breeds, the benefit of routine and exercise, and of course the bond we share with them. I work with friends and family and their pupps through issues, for example training, dominance and anxiety. A few times I have been requested to keep dogs with me to help adjust more challenging behaviors, which I am also happy to do, some of the dogs shown in my photos! Concerning health needs, my oldest is a husky and was born with hip dysplasia. He has been on medication most of his life and we do daily rehabilitation exercises to keep him strong and comfortable, so I am able to assist in maintaining similar routines if requested or desired. Most importantly I'm easy and here to keep everyone happy and comfortable, dogs and their owners, when opportunities arise and life happens!

Lindsey was very helpful for my senior blind lab. She was kind to escort him down stairs safely for a walk, while keeping his paws safe in the summer heat. She even stuck around to wait for him to settle after panting from the walk. A kind woman with an affection for my pup - just what I want in a Rover helper!

Lindsey was a an excellent sitter for our dog Chiquita. She introduced Chiquita to her two dogs, Steel and Shotsi in a well manner. Steel looks intimidating, but is a sweetheart. Shotsi has energy in a good way. All in all, a great stay for Chiquita.

Lindsey is wonderful! She took great care of our senior dog while we were skiing at Beaver Creek. If you need a pet sitter or dog boarding while visiting the Vail Valley, definitely contact her!
