I work four 10 hour days, Sunday- Wednesday. I take dogs out, feed them, clean their kennels, monitor behavior and health concerns, help with training, oversee dog to dog interactions/play dates, and assist with medication on dogs with behavior concerns.

Pet care experience
I work at an animal shelter in the kennels department, and have been handling dogs from chihuahuas to Great Danes for the past 2 years. I have in depth experience reading dog body language and working with dogs that have handling sensitivity, resource guarding, behavioral troubles and health concerns. I am Fear-Free certified, which is a training that focuses on positive reinforcement to help eliminate fear and stress in pets. I regularly dog sit for neighbors and friends, cat sit for my sister, and have cared for dogs and small animals in my personal life, including guinea pigs, rats, fish, frogs, birds and lizards.

Lindsey is the single most loving, gentle, considerate and dependable person I know when it comes to caring for dogs or any pet for that matter. I got an Australian Shepard puppy named Corra about five years ago throughout this whole time she has helped me with everything from petsitting, training, administering medication and most of all giving my dog a safe and loving space to be herself. I say all of the time that I trust Lindsey with my dog more than any other person I have ever met including to my closest friends and family members. She has so much determination and the biggest heart when it comes to caring for any animal. I truly feel so blessed to have had someone like her in my life to care for my dog whenever I need someone I can wholeheartedly trust to watch her and I'm beyond confident that anyone else would feel the same if and when they decide to give her a chance.
I have known Lindsey for many years and one thing I’m sure of is that she has an amazing love for animals, especially dogs. She has current experience working for Lollipop Farm with a variety of dog breeds that have different levels of reactivity. Along with this, she has personality cared for my 1 year old Siberian husky for an extended period of time, in which she had come up with clever ways to keep him safe, healthy, and happy. I highly recommend Lindsey for this position since I believe she is incredibly qualified and has the passion to be your dog’s new best friend :)
