Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Lindsey and I would love to take care of your pup. I’ve owned 2-3 dogs my whole life with my family. We’ve had labs, lots of mixed unknown breeds, pit bulls, from 20-100lbs, with all different personalities and temperaments. I currently own a 1-year-old Pit Bull mix named Earl :-). I love animals and the opportunity to be around more dogs, especially outside walking - sounds like my perfect day for me! I know leaving our pups for even just a night can be hard because we love them so so much. Just know they are in loving hands and they will be treated like family! 🐾

I would love to know your dogs routines (food, activity, bathroom, sleep) and any cues that helps me to know what they may want / need. I’d also like to know other cues such as if they feel anxious or scared and how I can support them in those moments. Lastly, i’d like to know how they do with new people, other dogs, or animals and what to do / not to do around these interactions.
A typical day
I will follow any activity routines that works best for your dog and your family. My personal favorite actives to do with pups is taking long walks! I’m very active and will walk as long as your dog would like to. I’ve discovered many trails around the Madison area - some with more or less people and dogs, so I will go where your pup is most comfortable! If your dogs a swimmer, i’d be so happy to take them (I think watching dogs swim is the cutest!) I’m also a really great tug player and of course the best cuddler if / when your dog wants some cuddles.

Availability
I work at a High School as a Psychologist. I have my summers off - so lots of availability during this time. During the school year, I am available early mornings, nights, and weekends!
