If your pet(s) experiences separation anxiety and/or cannot be left alone for a 5/6hr, you may be charged additional fees. No dogs that exhibit any sort of aggressive behaviors towards humans please! Please also note that I am highly allergic to artificial fragrances found in things like air freshener sprays/plug ins, dryer sheets, detergent, and scented candles, etc. If you use these in your home please do not request me to take care of your pets! Natural essential oils are fine and if you only use scented candles on occasion, that’s also fine. But I absolutely cannot handle artificially scented laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and air freshener plug in/sprays! I have had a deep love and connection with animals my whole life. I can't remember a time in my life where we didn't have multiple animals in our home between dogs, birds, cats, bunnies, ferrets, and even a chinchilla! My mom was always rescuing stray dogs off the street, and we could never turn them in to a shelter(after we made sure that they didn't belong to anyone of course!), so our pet family was always expanding! We would celebrate every pet's birthday with cake and party hats! We also bred champion springer spaniels so I had the amazing opportunity to train, socialize, and take care of many puppies from birth until they went to their forever homes. I have 30+ years of experience taking care of my own animals. I have also spent the last 20 years training in a variety of holistic therapies. I was first inspired to learn when one of my dogs became terminally ill, and he received energy work from my Mom's friend-who also taught me how to do healing work with animals. It truly seemed to provide him with such comfort at the end of his life and was a very healing experience for me to share such an intimate connection with my sweet boy. I have provided holistic care to human hospice patients mostly, but I believe that my holistic energy training also enables me to develop a deeper connection with animals and helps them feel calm and safe while their favorite person/people are away. I currently have the honor of being a mama to the sweetest and smartest baby blue cross eyed Siamese Lynx tabby mix kitty. My beautiful puppy, Nalani passed away suddenly 6 years ago, and sadly my current living situation does not allow me to have a dog. I miss her terribly, and would love the opportunity to spend more time snuggling and playing with dogs. If you have cats or other pets, that's great too! Animals provide such an abundance of unconditional loving healing energy. I'm ready to soak it all up and give them more in return! I love being out in nature so your dog will never be bored. I'm ready to take them for walks, dog parks(if they are dog friendly and very responsive to commands) play with them, and snuggle them big time :) I'm reliable, honest, trustworthy, and responsible. I know how stressful it can be for you and your babies to be away from each other while you are traveling. I will be in as close contact with you as you'd like me to be. I get stressed out when I go out of town and leave my animals in someone else's care, so I always keep in contact with pet owners the way that I would like my pet's care takers to be in touch with me. I will send text messages and photos as often as you'd like to keep you updated on how your baby/babies are doing. I grew up treating animals like favorite family members, so I will do everything that I can to make your pets feel safe and loved while you are away. I work mostly from home so I have a pretty flexible schedule to spend as much time as possible with your pets. I am here to make sure that you are able to travel with ease, comfort, and security, knowing that all is well with your home and your babies.
