Hi there! If you’re looking for a top-notch pet sitter then l’m the one for the job! As an aspiring veterinarian, animals have been a part of my life since I was a young girl. I’m a kind, hard-working, and genuine individual who will make sure your pet’s every need is met. My professional experience includes taking of dogs and cats at various veterinary clinics and boarding facilities for the past 5.5 years. I have also been my friend’s/family’s go to sitter over the years! I have tons of experience with giving medication, bathing pets, trouble shooting behavior problems, and animal handling in general. As an ISU veterinary student, I’m passionate about working with animals and can’t wait to take care of your best friend 🐾❤️

Lindsay did an awesome job with our dogs! She was very communicative with us and sent pictures of our pups. The house was really clean when we got home and our dogs were happy and relaxed. I would highly recommend Lindsay!
She was so great with my cat. She sent update photos and made traveling easier because I knew my cat was in great hands!

I am a very attentive caregiver and will ensure your pet never feels alone! I prefer to watch client's pets in the security and familiarity of their own home. I always walk dogs on leashes and only let them off leash if the backyard is safely fenced in. I am gentle/patient with client’s pets and in tune with their needs.

Let me know if your dog has any special medications, diet restrictions, or other limitations. Please also give me a heads up about any behavioral problems (i.e. separation anxiety, fear aggression, resource guarding, etc.) so I can plan accordingly!
A typical day
I love to stimulate your dogs mentally and physically. We’ll play lots of fetch, tug, frisbee, etc. We’ll also go on long walks around the neighborhood or at local Ames parks!

Availability
I’m currently working part time since I am a vet student. However, I’m available to let your dog out 3x a day and for walks/exercise in the afternoon and evening.
