Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 12. My first dog was a chocolate lab named Alex. Since, I’ve had a rescue named Daisy, a golden named Duke (get it, Daisy Duke), and now a cute borgie who just had his second birthday. I have had cats as well and had a cat when I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Zambia. Animals make everything better which is why I study sea turtles as a marine biologist! I am also an animal care specialist at a sea turtle center. P.S the puppy in my profile picture is one I saved from a ditch in Peru. Got him the medical care he needed and found him a forever home!

Great dog sitter and person.
Lindsay is the best!! She stayed with our three pups for 7 nights and she sent photos daily! She also kept us informed throughout the week of how everything was going and let us know when she would be there or needed to leave. She also kept our home very clean.

It’s important to know how they are with other dogs. What they enjoy doing; what makes them uncomfortable and feel safe. If there are any areas that you’d like me to work on with your dog such as walking technique, tricks, or learning to stay, I’d love to know that as well. Medication needs, physical limitations, or favorite dog toys are also important to me!
A typical day
I love playing catch, fetch, and tug of war! I also love to run. I have ran with many dogs as well as trained countless others to be great running buddies. If you have a very energetic dog, running is a great way to get their brains and bodies stimulated! In Pensacola I know a lot of great dog parks, nature trails, and dog friendly beaches that are perfect for your pup!

Availability
I’m currently in my masters program, working as a teaching assistant and researching sea turtles. I also love physical activity so if your pupper needs some run time as well as much needed walking, I’m your gal. I am also very open to house sitting if needed.
