Pet care experience
I’ve been owning pets since I had my first apartment in 2004, and have been working with rescues and shelters to rehabilitate animals, domestic and wild, since 2011. I worked at Appleton PD in their CSO department/ Animal Specialty department for two and a half years and have volunteered with a local Fox Valley animal rescue agency since late 2015 as a foster and a trainer. Every animal’s life is precious and their needs are as our own. Choosing the right person to care for your animals is imperative, and I know I’m the right person for the job! Let’s make a life-long commitment to our animals to love and care for them the way they deserve, with the right trainers and caretakers by their sides. 💕

Lindsay did a GREAT job taking care of our dog Waldo. She sent us pictures of him during his stay and stayed in touch. I could tell Waldo was super happy in her care and will definitely book with Lindsay again in the future!
This was my first time using Rover and I was definitely a nervous dog mom. After meeting Lindsay I felt very comfortable having my boy stay with her and I couldn’t be happier with how it all worked out. You can see and feel Lindsay’s love for dogs (and cats). What I really liked is her awareness of different animal personalities and her strategies for how to manage that as they stay with her. I also super appreciated the daily check in messages and pictures. I will definitely use Lindsay in the future. Thank you so much again for taking care of my Gus!!

While I don’t have breed preferences, I have a specialized pack of my own. My dogs have been trained to be calm while accepting new dogs that are being introduced to my home. If your dog is very hyper or aggressive, I’ll need to know before hand to introduce more slowly and with treats, so as to carefully monitor the situation and ensure the introduction goes smoothly.
A typical day
While dogs are at my house during the day, there is surely no shortage of fun, treats, snuggles and playtime! I have a huge backyard with tons of toys (and sometimes an obstacle course), with lots of room to run and tumble. When we’re not outside playing or running around, we’re inside either hanging in the living room, finding real estate to relax or playing meaningful games to keep our dogs’ minds sharp! I love to do treat-oriented puzzles and spend one-on-one time with each dog throughout the day to ensure that the trust and bond between us is strong. <3
