I have been sitting for friends and family off and on since I was about 14. Most recently, I have been working at an animal hospital since September of 2020. Here, one of my main jobs has been assisting in the care of our many hospital pets. I am confident in my ability to care for pets from the basic change of food and water to giving medications and working with disabilities. Outside of my hospital experience, I worked my freshman year of college at petco where I learned lots about the care and nutrition of animals. All of this has helped me in my education as I study animal science at the University of Vermont on my way to be a vet! I cannot wait to meet and care for your furry friends!! Currently I am working part time as well at being a full time student. I have many breaks between classes during the week, so I’d be happy to see if I can work you into my schedule Working in a hospital, I have worked with many dogs, some much larger than my self, who are in a state of anxiety or fear. I feel comfortable in my ability to control your dog in a way that keeps both me and them safe.
