I am a Northwestern University alum living in Washington DC. I recently graduated from Johns Hopkins SAIS and am working from home, which will give me extra flexibility to do activities with your dog! I first fell in love with dogs at the age of four when my family brought home our Chocolate Labrador, Maggie. I helped care for Maggie from her puppy years to her senior years (she lived until the age of 14). Rather than buying a new dog, my parents began dog sitting, and I have enjoyed helping them care for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds for the past five years. Growing up with a very active Chocolate Lab has given me a soft spot for big active dogs, and I love to take dogs on nature walks and hikes. I am a big fan of fetch and finding the best dog parks for your dog to socialize. I am happy to take your dog to its favorite spots! I also have experience with small dogs as well. I recently cared for a Maltese while the owner was on vacation. The Maltese had suffered an illness the week before she came to me, and I was responsible for administering oral medication and monitoring the dog's health as she recovered. I am looking forward to giving your dog the same love and attention. I am an athlete and would love to keep your dog on the move, whether that means going for a jog, taking a long walk, or playing fetch in the park.
