Pet care experience
I’ve house trained puppies, worked with foster dogs with behavioral issues, and dog sat for close friends. My family also owns a dog and I’ve helped take care of her for years. I currently have a cat in my home right now. I’ve had him for a year now so I can confidently say I can handle taking care of cats. He is very territorial is why I am only allowing drop in visits. If your pet is a worry-wart - don’t worry. I’ll be patient and am very calm when meeting them. If it makes you feel any better, I’d love to do a free initial visit to put anyone at ease.

Linda is an excellent sitter - we've used her boarding services many times this year. She keeps us informed of Lyle's activities and is accommodating with pickup and drop off times. Our pup always comes home happy and healthy. Would definitely recommend!
My anxious Yorkshire Terrier Wookie had a great time with Linda while my family went on vacation. It's been years since we've been able to go anywhere because Wookie was neglected during his boarding at our past vet's office. She played with him, gave him his medicine and took him for walks!! I felt at ease that he was being taken care of
Linda helped us again on short notice - she took great care of our pup and kept us in the loop while we were out of town. Would definitely use her services again!

I’ll start off by making sure the dog/cat is comfortable with me. If you don’t want me in the house for long, I can also just feed and leave, whatever is needed. A new person/environment can be stressful and overwhelming, so being patient is key. Especially for dogs, once we’ve gotten used to each other, I’ll read the dogs energy level and play/walk them from there.

(For dog boarding) I’ll need to know what you’re comfortable with during this time of COVID. Last thing I want to do is to endanger your dog or family. Knowing if your dog like other animals (humans as well) would be good as I have a few neighbors that have dogs who can be play dates. Medication is also crucial so I know I’m keeping your dog healthy. I’ll need to know the dogs diet as well as any other special needs that are either recommended or required to give your dog the best time. (For drop in) please let me know everything you’d like me to accomplish at your place with your pet. Whether it pets, walks, food, or playtime I am open to almost anything.
A typical day
(For dog boarding) Because of COVID, I will only take your dog to the dog park if the owner is comfortable. Normally I like to take dogs on walks and runs. If provided toys, I would play with them using toys or chase them around. I have a few parks nearby my condo that I like to take walks in and would love to bring a dog buddy with me.
