I've had pets ever since I could walk and talk - mostly dogs in my younger years and now cats. What I love about dogs is that they give back so much love to their humans. Dogs are always up for a run, a game of fetch, tug of war or just hanging out waiting for a brush down or hugs and pets from their humans. I've raised and cared for all kinds of dogs, small to large, mostly mixed breeds that I took in as strays or dogs that other owners needed to re-home. Since I have 2 cats living with me now, I miss the unconditional love of dogs. I'm looking forward to meeting some great dogs and caring for them. After 23 years of working for a nonprofit organization in Dallas, I've recently retired and moved to Denton. I'm excited about doing something that I really love now - taking care of pets! In my younger years, our family lived on acreage and raised all kinds of animals and birds. I can care for your dogs, cats, birds, horses and even feed the cows and sheep.
