Our property is all fenced so dogs can safely roam freely, although they quickly find their place in our pack and stay close to us by choice. They are inside when we are inside. They love to explore outside when we are outside.

We would like to know that they are taking flea/tick meds (important) and also up to date on their shots. Let us know their usual schedule. Anything else you would like to tell us to make your pets stay more comfortable would be appreciated.
A typical day
We go on walks together off leash around the property. If the weather permits we go down to our pond giving them an opportunity to swim if they like. Dogs love to explore the different paths on the property as we walk together with them. In the house they will be members of the family. If we're watching TV their beds will be there with us. At night they can sleep on their own beds in our room with us, or if they choose they can sleep on their bed in the living room. We also let them sleep with us. We treat our furry friends like family and they definitely become a pack with us while visiting.

Danny and I have more that 60 years of experience taking care of dogs. We have both had dogs and many other pets all our lives. Our property is 2.7 acres and completely landscaped and fenced with paths and trails for the dogs to explore. Most dogs love to swim in our 1/2 acre pond. Lots of grassy areas to run and play on. Your pet is welcome in our home as well as on designated leather couches. We are retired and are at home most of the time. Dogs enjoy being outside with us while we are working on the property. We grow lots of vegetables and flowers. Your dog will be treated like family during their stay here in our Hidden Valley Garden. Looking forward to a meet and greet with you and your dog!

We have only had Mollie since last December. She is a rescue and a sweet girl. We had the opportunity to go on a trip with friends. I wasn't sure how she would do with new folks since we had not had her with other dogs or people. Our get acquainted visit was the best experience for both of us. She was glad to see me when I picked her up, which was great! She had a good time playing with other dogs and running and smelling around their fenced property. A lake and waterfall and lots of good smells made Mollie a very happy girl. She is nine and her vision and hearing are not great but she loves to smell. Thank you to Linda and her husband! They are perfect folks to care for dogs. Kind, patient, and relaxed! We will do this again!

Blue loves Linda and Danny so much! She loses her mind as soon as we turn down the dirt road and then she runs out like she's at doggy Disneyland. It warms my heart to receive pictures of our girl running in the grass or enjoying her time at the pond. Lovely couple and lovely home. :)
