I usually end up hanging with all the dogs and the Chuck-it at bbqs, am the go to sitter for friends and family, and am always learning more about dog care, training, and behavior. My most intense training experience came from raising a litter 6 of super mixed mutts while a volunteer in Southern Africa. Brought 2 of them home and spent a A LOT of time, energy, and resources on learning how to handle these very spirited dogs who grew up with no boundaries. This included working with a trainer, dealing with medical issues, and taking dog body language class. I'm into making natural treats (mostly from chicken gizzards). I err on the side of spoiling, but definitely will adhere to whatever diet, training goals, or behaviors you want to focus on and reinforce or deter - through positive reinforcement means only. I'm flexible and am happy to hear you needs and concerns as a pet owner. I know the anxiety that comes with leaving your precious pups in someone else's hands, and won't accept them if you do not feel comfortable with you fur kids' safety and well-being. My part time, remote job leaves me with a very flexible schedule and usually can accommodate your pet's established routine, or come close, depending on location. Am able to set up a regular schedule or do last minute drop-ins, sitting, or boarding. Boarding in my place has to be a case by case basis (see below). Can accommodate dogs on a case by case basis in house after required, complimentary Meet n Greet. My dog can be reactive to certain dogs (mostly those 1 year or younger). Otherwise my flexible schedule allows me to keep you pet's regular routine. I'm happy to take them to local parks, but prefer long runs in the forest if you're dog will stick with me off leash.
