Owned dogs for many years who died due to old age. Spent a number of years fostering dogs and enjoyed watching scared dogs who within 2 days realized they were members of our families who they could lay next to on the sofa and that we would love them and never hurt them. Got a lot of pleasure seeing these dogs going to furever homes because as foster parents we help changed these dogs to be adoptable and loved. Live down the block from our community dog park. I treat all the dogs we watch as if they were our own. Since we home most of the day, the dogs I watch are not left for hours on their own. We really enjoy the dogs we watch.
