I have had dogs all my life & love them dearly. I've volunteered for years in different animal shelters & rescues, during which time, I have walked dogs of all breeds & sizes, fostered a number of dogs, assisted in surgeries at our shelter, conducted hundreds of virtual home checks for a Colorado rescue, & volunteered at various shelter public events. Dogs have always been an important part of my family & I still have dogs of my own. I also board 2-3 smaller, Rover dogs at any one time in my home in the area of Reunion/Commerce City, Colorado. This is a good socialization experience & most seem to enjoy the companionship of the other dogs. It's a puppy vacation with lots of activity, treats, & relaxation as well! I am reliable, responsible, caring, & compassionate about giving the best care for every dog that comes here!

Linda was friendly, communicative, and a great host for my little Ollie. She was reassuring and alleviated any worries I had prior to leaving him. During his stay, Linda provided daily updates with photos that showed my little guy having a great time. He’s now back home and asleep…no doubt tired from all the puppy play he had at Linda’s. Fantastic dogsitter!
Linda did a great job taking care of our Chloe while we were out of town. Chloe must’ve had a lot of fun with her new friends, she’s been taking naps more than usual today. Linda did a great job keeping us updated and sending pictures.
Linda took care of my little dog well well. She sent some photos and update memos every day? I am very pleased and I would like to ask her again!!

Your dog is treated just the same as I do my own dogs. I believe that any dog (whether yours, mine, or foster dogs) enjoys the time that they spend here. They get a lot of socialization, walks, companionship, treats, & peaceful naps in the sun on the deck. What could be better?

I prefer to board only small dogs with my small dogs. I believe this is a necessary safety issue. Depending on your dog's temperament, I will possibly take up to 20#. I request a clean dog, all vaccinations to be current, & your dog needs to be spayed or neutered. Are there any medical issues? Try to think about how your dog might react coming into a new environment with other dogs. Is he or she able to calm down after awhile? We can discuss the best way to help your dog adjust to a new place, new dogs, & enjoy their time here.
A typical day
The dogs get lots of playtime with each other, as well as with me. All dogs have access to a dog door leading to the backyard where they can spend time exploring & playing. There is a treat time every day & the pups also enjoy laying on my sunny deck. I like to work in the yard & the dogs like to keep me company!

I am retired now, so I have more time to enjoy activities with my own pets & as well as any other pets in my care. My grandkids live nearby & like to help play with the dogs, too. I would hope that your dog would be kid-friendly.
