Pet care experience
I graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California with a double major in, Data Analytics and Marketing, and a minor in Data Science. I am now an Enterprise Analyst for Dick’s Sporting Goods. I was a collegiate rower and graduated in the top 10% of my class. I have 11 years of pet sitting experience and I trained my current family dog. My dog is an Airedale Terrier, an incredibly smart breed with a mind of their own! I’ve had a pet my whole life and am comfortable with all animals. I now own 2 cats that live in a confined area of the house, so I have the ability to separate them from other animals. They do get along well with my parents’ dog. I have a very flexible schedule and always adjust to meet the needs of each individual family. I have worked with families in 5 different states and am comfortable with dog walking, daily house visits, or even overnight stays. I love getting feedback, so don’t hesitate to reach out to me! I’ve worked with clients who have had dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, turtles, fish, and lizards!

One great thing about Rover is that each sitter gets to personalize their rates. I charge per visit, with my overnight rates covering a morning and night visit (2 visits). I ask that you consider this when selecting the duration of the stay. I have watched a variety of different breeds and dogs with different needs. I need to know what their daily routine is such as walks, potty breaks,etc. I need to know what the plan is if they were to escape or get injured. I like to be overly prepared so more information is better for me!
A typical day
I take time to walk the dogs in new areas each time we go out. If the owner permits, I will drive the dog to a park to give them a new environment. I also take time to play with them throughout the day!
