Hi there! My name is Lina and although originally from France, I have been calling Eugene my home for 3 years now. I am not currently working and therefore am at home full time looking after my own dog, Ollie (a 9 year-old male Golden Retriever). Our house is spacious and in a quiet residential neighborhood, and our backyard is huge, flat, and fully fenced! I am an experienced pet caregiver, comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages. Back home, I grew up around English Mastiffs, and since moving here, I have had the opportunity to dog sit, walk, and board quite a few dogs in my own home (all of which I love doing). I have experience caring for puppies or older dogs, caring for several dogs at once, and administrating medicine. Ollie is a very very chill dog who loves the company of just about any animal or human. If the other dog is so inclined, they might be buddies, if not, he will do his own thing and never bother your dog! He is great at matching other pets' energy, so no matter how social (or not!) your pet may be feeling, we can accommodate him or her! I have a spacious car and can pick up/drop off your dogs should you require this service. I am so excited to hear about your pet(s) and I hope to hear from you soon!

Lina loves animals, especially dogs. She kept my 2 dogs (English Mastic and German Shepherd) for 1 week and everything went very well. Attentive, gentle, caline and authoritarian when necessary, I recommend Lina to keep or walk your animals.

I am very flexible in terms of environment: in our home, my dog Ollie is usually allowed on the couch and bed when he shows interest in it, but if this is a rule you do not have at home, I will make sure to honor it. In your home, your rules go, of course. I am happy to accommodate your dog's crate in my house of course, and will respect any and all instructions given by you. Everyone's habits with their pets is different, and I want to hear how YOU do things with your dog(s), in order to create the least stressful environment/change for them! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

It would be very helpful and enjoyable to be sent a short introduction about your dog(s) before caring for him or her. Additionally, please make sure to share with me if your dog has any food or general allergies/special dietary restrictions or any ongoing illnesses/injuries.
A typical day
I live in a quiet neighborhood bordered by quite a few parks, some small and a few bigger ones. I love taking the dogs I watch to the park and let them play in the grass while I read a book (if they are more mellow and like rolling around) or play with them (fetch, throwing frisbees, balls, ropes etc.) If your dog likes to socialize, I would love to drive him or her to dog parks. In warmer weather and if the dogs I am caring for like water, I love driving to a quite and safe spot by the river and playing fetch.
