Hi! I just graduated with my masters degree in occupational therapy. In the past, I have nannied several families with dogs and cats so I feel I have been exposed to many different situations involving pets over the years. I also volunteered for many years in the cancer center at Strong Memorial Hospital and I will never forget the impact dog therapy had on boosting the moods of the patients during treatment. It is something very special to witness. At home in Rochester, I have my own corgi who I adore and miss dearly (his name is Nugget). This opportunity would allow me to care for animals who love being active and want a friend to spend their day with. I believe animals are the best companion someone can have - the unconditional love is unmatchable. I hope I can give this commitment to your furry friend in return.
