Lily provided excellent in-home, overnight care for our boxer/retriever mix, also named Lily. It became apparent within a day or two of our departure that dog Lily has anxiety issues and began acting out whenever human Lily left the house to teach her occasional fitness class. Even though it was a short span of time (literally 1.5 hours max), dog Lily was struggling with having both her parents gone and then her caretaker gone. To help alleviate the anxiety, human Lily went above and beyond by cancelling her remaining fitness classes in order to spend all her time with dog Lily. We received ample updates and pics and learned that many long walks were made as well as daily trips to the dog park to burn off as much energy as possible (dog Lily is very active and needs lots of engagement). Human Lily was neat and tidy and left our house just as she had found it. I was grateful that human Lily has previous experience with boxers and their needs and behaviors as well as experience with dogs that need a lot of attention/activity. I would recommend human Lily to anyone needing pet care and I would use her again as long as she was willing.

Lily was terrific to work with, from our initial contact via Rover, through my detailed instructions regarding housesitting/catsitting... and during the stay and the wrap-up. My cats are pathologically shy, so she didn't see much of them, but she managed to snap pics when she did and texted those along... making me feel all the much better for having dared to leave them behind on a brief vacation! They continued to eat and do their other business, even though mostly keeping to themselves. House was in great shape upon return. Lily is a sweet, fun, caring, responsible young woman whose services I recommend.
