I'm a native New Yorker, born and raised in Park Slope, Brooklyn, living in my beautiful, family owned brownstone. I have adored animals my entire life and have taken care of dogs and pets for my friends and former boss as well I've also owned 2 cats who both lived to 18! I am a freelancer and when I am working, it's generally from my home office. I have lot's of free time that I would like to spend caring for your furry friend! A typical day for us would consist of strolling around the VERY dog friendly neighborhood of Park Slope several times a day, and if you're comfortable I can take them to one of the local dog runs in the area. On nicer days we can venture up to Prospect Park where there's acres of green fields for them to enjoy. If you choose me as your dog sitter your animal is going to get a lot of one on one attention and a plethora of hugs, scratches and cuddles as well. When we are not cruising the Slope or running around the Park they can take a snooze in my comfy room while I keep an eye on them from my desk. I live in a big house and have my own spacious back yard so it's likely that they may even get more than a walk every 2-4 hours, it's likely we'll go outside and play with the ball or just get some fresh air for a bit as well. I adore animals and have watched family friends dogs for years and years. I'm trustworthy and responsible and am a very active person and would absolutely love to welcome your furry friends in to my home and give them the specialized attention they deserve!
