Lily is prompt and took great care of our dogs. Absolutely excellent communicator and well definitely work with her again!

I care for animals professionally, so it is important for me to know my animal is being left in the care of a competent person. Especially when it concerns a pet that has medical issues. Lily has been great at caring for my animals in all ways. She has gone above and beyond at giving multiple medications, throughout the day. This includes mixing them in food, having to manually pill, and giving fluids. She is a compassionate person and clearly puts in extra effort to make sure pets get more than basic care. That they are loved and played with as much as they need. Her career background also makes her superb at keeping schedules, being highly organized in all ways, and just generally trustworthy and reliable. Great at communication and asking me about things, but also at making common sense decisions if I'm not immediately available. I can't give her a high enough recommendation.
