I’ve grown up with big dogs and I’ve always had pets. About 2 years ago I adopted my dog Minnie from the pound. She was emaciated, recovering from mange, had other medical issues, and had extreme fear and anxiety from an abusive past. It’s been a long and rewarding journey with her. She went from 35 lbs to a healthy 75 lbs, from being scared of leaving the apartment to road trips and long walks. She used to run for the hills when I’d move my arms too quickly or my husband took his hat off too quickly, but now she loves meeting new people and isn’t scared of taking a treat from somebody’s hands. She still has some abandonment anxiety and gets scared from loud noises but she’s a way happier and energetic old pup. With all that Minnie and I have been through, I can say that I will take care of your pup with the most gentle and patient love. I love playing with dogs and taking them for long walks. My services include at home visits and dog walking.
