I am willing to administer medicine and have experience with elderly dogs. I have experience with dogs that will pull on the leash. If you have a fenced in backyard and/or a dog that doesn't pull, I will consider sitting for a larger dog. I grew up with a lab-Shepard mix and a golden retriever and fell in love with having that extra companion. I will love your dog and treat them as part of my family, all from the comfort of your very own home! I am respectful of dietary restrictions, clean up after myself, and only ask for fridge space and WiFi. Other thank that it's cuddles, walks, and peace of mind for you and your pets. I work for myself and set my own schedule - this means I’m flexible for you and your pets for varied lengths of time any days of the week! I believe in transparency, open communication, and daily photo and story updates during the time your dog is in my care. I make sure that the dog's normal schedule is followed. I schedule meet&greets to help the dog know me in advance. By learning your dog's quirks, I'm able to implement any safety plan you have in place (care opening doors, food off the counters, proper harnessing, careful with steps). I run my own business that's primarily virtual and I'm a grad student. It's easy for me to be home as much as your pet needs and more! As a house sitter, my primary goal is for the care to be the same, plus extra love. Wake up, walk, eat, play - the schedule will match yours to reduce anxiety and raise comfort.
