I had 3 drop in visits for my two pups scheduled with Lillyvet. She notified me the week before her scheduled visits that her partner would have to cover for her for the first visit due to her being out of town, which I was okay with because I had met him. He ended up covering for her for the second visit as well, which I did not agree to, but I let it slide as he seemed to be taking good care of my dogs. I received a cancellation message from Lillyvet 12 hours before her last scheduled drop in visit. The visit was scheduled at 8am and she sent me a message at 730pm the night before, claiming she had to leave town unexpectedly. I was 1500 miles away at the time, and it was a huge inconvenience to find a new sitter so late in the day and last minute. On top of that, she never issued my refund despite my request, and I had to reach out to Rover support to get my money back. I’m giving 2 stars bc her partner did a good job of watching my dogs, but he’s not who I booked with. Overall, I think she is unreliable, and I don’t recommend booking with her.

We love how Lillyvet cares for our babies. We used to have two dogs. Now we have one dog. She has shown compassion when we suffered the loss of one of our babies and also extra care as she continued to drop-in and care for our remaining baby. She sends us photos, let’s us know when she arrives, updates us on her status, and let’s us know when she departs. We and our girl I’ve her. ❤️
