Pet care experience
My family has had dogs and cats for my whole life. I can’t imagine not having a pet. Since I was about 9, I have pet sat for friends and neighbors. Walking my dog was always my responsibility. I recently moved out of my parents’ place so I don’t get to see my dog as much as I’d like which is why I’d love to help care for your pet!

I would highly recommend Lilly as a pet sitter. She was watching bob at my apartment and she did a great job! I was always in the loop about his food and received a constant stream of pictures. She was always available and responsive when I had a question. I’m going to plan my vacation around Lilly’s schedule the next time ?
This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous to leave my girls (cats) with someone other than family. Lilly met us before we left for our trip and I already started to feel better. My cat, Laura, even came out to greet her, which she never does for anyone! When we were on our trip, Lilly communicated with pictures and detailed updates about her visits with my cats which put me at ease and I was able to enjoy my vacation. I would highly recommend Lilly as a cat/dog sitter. She is amazing!

I only accept pets that are potty trained and can be alone for 8 hours at a time. Other than that, I make sure dogs get as much time outdoors as I can, especially dogs with a lot of energy. I always make sure to follow feeding and medication schedules. I want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible in the new environment. I love to cuddle with dogs and cats on my couch and I love sharing a bed, whatever makes them feel comfortable.

It’s important for me to know the general temperament of the dog, if they have a lot of energy, if they can be around other animals or kids. It’s helpful to have written instructions or instructions messaged to me if there are specific things your dog needs, especially with medication:
A typical day
During the week I would get up early to take them out for a walk or just out to pee depending on the dog’s energy level. And then take them on another walk or out to pee again when I get home from work. Then I’ll spend the rest of my night with them either hanging out in the apartment or going to a dog friendly restaurant if the dog can handle it. On weekends I love to take dogs to the dog park if their good with other animals. I take lots of pictures and keep in contact as much as you like (always respond to texts and calls).

I’m currently working full time in the office, so I can only accept pets that are able to be alone for 8 hours at once (I can leave pee pads out). Weekends are a lot more flexible for me so I can spend more time with them. I know my family dog gets lonely when we leave town so I want to give your pet as much love as possible.
