Whoever created National Love Your Pet Day clearly doesn't have a pet, because every day is National Love Your Pet Day for me! I'm the proud mom to an 85lb Anatolian Shephard/Golden Mix rescue and I spoil him dearly - he is the little prince of the house. I've babysat almost every single one of my friends' dogs, and have fostered over a dozen dogs with a local rescue, from 6 weeks old to 16 years old, from 7lbs to 90lbs. It's not unusual to have upwards of 4 dogs at our house any given week! I make sure everyone gets a ton of hugs, belly rubs, exercise, social time and play time, and of course, treats! I also try to improve everyone's manners - old dogs can learn new tricks!

A typical day
When dropping in for a visit, I'll hug them, feed them and administer any medication or specific care requested. I'll let them out to go potty and for some play time. On walks, your pupperton and I will explore your neighborhood, or visit dog-friendly places in your area. I know all the dog-friendly places in South Tampa! If there's a dog park close by, we'll go socialize with other dogs there and play fetch, and brush up on manners.
