Hi! My name is Lilach but you can call me Lily if you prefer :-) I have been caring for animals professionally for several years now. I have two berners, a 4 year old named Druss, and a 1 year old puppy named Mei. I also have a cat named Mr. Meowgi. I offer boarding, daycare, walks, drop-in services, and house sitting services. I am experienced with special needs and senior dogs and am comfortable in caring for many exotic pets. I have given oral and subcutaneous meds and am trained in first aid/CPR. I know you may have heard some terrible stories about sitters on these sites and have reservations about leaving your animals in the care of a stranger. I went through the same worries before I started working remote full time. As with hiring any other contractor, choosing a sitter requires care and research. I encourage all potential clients to ask as many questions as possible to be well-informed as to the experience of the sitter they're choosing and your expectations of care. Here is a break down of the services I offer: Boarding: Your pets stay in my home with large, fenced in yard. While in my home, dogs have free reign of the house and are welcome on beds and furniture. I have experience in dealing with dogs of all sizes and keeping the biggies from bullying or stepping on the little ones :) Dogs are always separated at meal times and supervised while playing (or handling treats and toys). I never leave dogs unattended in my home if I can help it. However, if there is an emergency or I have a walk booked during a boarding, I will leave the dogs in the care of my spouse, Angelo, or crate them for their own safety. For this reason I require all dogs I watch be crate trained. I do not crate dogs for hours at a time like a commercial boarding site does. If this is the experience you are looking for, please look elsewhere. :) I require proof of vaccinations for all dogs I board and proof of anti-flea/tick/HW preventative. Sorry for the inconvenience but the safety of my boarders is very important to me. Boarding is billed per 24 hours, with a one hour courtesy buffer to allow for delays. Any additional time incurs a daycare fee. I do not board aggressive dogs, or dogs in heat. House sitting: I care for your animals in your home. Overnights are included, unless you specifically state you don't want me to stay. Animals may be left alone for up to 6 hours at a time. During house sits I also do basic chores such as sweeping up animal hair, taking in the mail, putting the trash out, and watering plants. Please let me know if there are specific things you need done. Drop-ins: I come to your house for 30 minutes (extendable to 60). I care for your dog in whatever way you specify, including but not limited to feeding, indoor/outdoor playtime, backyard potty, basic training (note: I am not a professional trainer). Walks: I come to your house for 30 minutes and take your dog out for a day on the town! (Can also feed them etc) Daycare: Your pet stays with me for the day. My daycare hours are 7 am to 7 pm but exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances. Please note that due to my busy busy schedule, same-day (last-minute) services may incur an additional 20$ upcharge and next day services may incur an additional $10 upcharge.
