I began this venture when I lived in a property that didn't allow pets but still wanted to spend more time with animals. 8 years and 3 resuces later I'm enjoying a fledging business. I enjoy the company and spunk of ALL dogs of any age, size breed or need. Walking with my dogs is like therapy for us both so I enjoy doing the same with other doggies that may need some extra energy burned off, or just some company while their family is away. I am also a fond lover of birds, cats and reptiles, having owned and cared for parakeets, finches and cockatiels through most of my life and most recently had fostered 2 chameleons. For dogs, I have a large bucket of toys, treats and prepared for constant hydration and clean up of your pooch while we walk or during playtime. For cats, I do keep some extra toys for playful cats and kittens. Always prepared for the elements & weather so no rain or light snow will keep us from having fun outdoors so long as it’s safe :) Bathing and nail clipping is also something I am happy to do and can provide the supplies necessary. Doing this for all of my own animals as well as those of my family and friends over the years has pushed me into this profession but truly is a passion. Part Time employed and I share a home business. It gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I would much rather spend time with your pets! Rising early around 5 or 6 daily I am able to accomodate animals that need assistance at different times of day or night. Being available late in the day or evening is not a challenge and before bookings are confirmed we will work out a window of time that works for me, you and most importantly - your pet! If I am spending the day or boarding your animals I will be very thorough to ensure yours and that of your pets comfortability prior to confirming any booking. I’ve been relied upon to care for pets long since before I could drive a car! I will utilize whatever containment methods you design - fenced in or crated i.e. if you crate your pet for bedtime, I will also, If you sleep with your pet in bed with you under the sheets, then I will as well! Unless the weather is terrible I try to be outside with your pet as much as they will allow weather its being active in your yard,my fenced in one or on a trail. If you’re pet needs a bath or nails clipped please don’t hesitate to ask I can do this for a tiny added cost on the booking.
