Hello! My name is Lijah and thank you so much for giving me the oppurtunity to take care of your furry family member! We live on the way to Yosemite and Bass lake, so if you're planning a trip and need a place for your pup to stay, you've found it ♡ I've grown up with dogs of various breeds and sizes my whole life and took 3 years of an agriculture class in high school which consisted of caring for a pig for 10 months! Odoyle was his name and he was so much fun! I now have a son, but before him, I had my Germans shepherds Mochi and Bento who mean the world to my husband and I. They are a great pair, and do great with other dogs and cats. This is a full time gig for me, so I have plenty of time to provide love, cuddles (if wanted), frequent potty breaks, and ofcourse outdoor time. Our pets, are our family. I can't wait to meet yours! Let me know if you'd like their nails trimmed and a bath! I can accommodate that during their stay with me ♡

Great as always, we were going on a long vacation out of the country and drove from Bakersfield to her place because of how much we trust her. She always sent us pictures and video of our dogs and kept us updated.
I know I’ve left a review for lijah already, but I can’t help but leave another. Lijah watches my two pups almost every Wednesday. She is so incredible sweet, understanding and flexible. She has also balanced my two girls so well. On one hand she is able to cuddle and be attentive to my shy pup. On the other hand, my other girl plays all day. She sends so many cute pictures throughout the day so I can see how much fun my girls are having. If you need a dog sitter, lijah is your girl!!
Lijah took great care of Roo and was extremely understanding. We had just rescued him about 3 weeks before his stay with Lijah and as a 10 month old rescue puppy, he still has some learning to do. Lijah completely understood and sent me lots of updates and pictures during his stay putting me at ease. It was hard leaving him after just rescuing him, but seeing the pictures she sent of his interaction with her family and dogs put my mind at ease! He loved having her dogs to play with as well! Overall, I am very pleased with his stay.
I am so glad to have found Lijah! She was easy to communicate with very accommodating of my schedule, had tons of dog-knowledge, and took great care of my special needs fur-baby. Her German Shepards are like gentle giants and were great hosts to my dog. Thanks Lijah and family.

Close to 41 :) Indoor walks at places such as home depot and lowes are great during the summer to keep our paws cool and safe! Belly rubs, lots or loving, and very frequent potty breaks. I'll do my very best to make sure your family member has the most stress-free, relaxed experience that they can. :) having two high energy working breeds myself, I'll make sure that your family member gets their exercise as well!
