Pet care experience
Very flexible with schedules, types of pets, amounts of pets and their needs. Have watched three pets at a time. Given pups medicine- rash cream, antibiotics and ear drops. Have had the more needy and special care pups- special foods, special attention and walks. I'm willing to do almost anything for every single dog! I do work full time but am always available to stay at clients house. I work in DC and have an hour lunch break so can go during lunch for clients that live in DC if need extra care. I like to run and do outdoor activities so love go take dogs along for the ride. I have experience with elderly dogs, with conditions and medications and older ones that can't see/hear. Recently and frequently have watched a dog who just broke their back so have experience with dogs recovering from injury as well.

I firmly believe that dogs are excellent judges of character in people - and they can definitely tell when a person is a 'dog person.' Right off the bat, my pup, Nugget, could tell Liesel is a dog person - her tail couldn't wag fast enough! It made me feel comfortable leaving her in Liesel's hands for a few days while I was traveling, and I came home to the relaxed and happy Nugget that I know - not a pup who had been at all anxious that I was away.
Liesel is wonderful with my little dog, Theo (miniature Poodle). He needs lots of cuddles and she kindly obliges! She really loves dogs so I know my little guy is safe any time I need to be away.
Liesel has watched my dogs multiple times and does an amazing job. She is someone that absolutely loves dogs and will give your pet the same attention that you do. My dogs love going to her house and when I leave I know they're in great hands. Leaving pets is always hard, but having Liesel as a sitter makes it a lot easier. Would recommend her to anyone!
Liesel is a good friend of mine and LOVES dogs. She often watched my dog Parker while I was away and he loves her. It made me feel so at ease while away knowing he was well taken care of. She is great with dogs, a super responsible person and will care for your dog like he/she was her own!
