Liesel is very nice and was very good with Noesy for a short weekend stay earlier in the year, which is why we chose her when we were going out of town for a week in May. However, 2 days into our trip to the other side of the country, Liesel called to inform us that her landlord required that Noesy find another place to stay by the end of the day. We were forced to halt our plans for the day and left scrambling to find a new sitter to both pick Noesy up and keep her for the rest of the week, while we were 2000 miles away. We understand that sometimes these issues can come up, but Liesel should have contacted Rover directly to handle the situation, as this is Rover's policy according to what Rover told us. Instead, we were left holding the bag. I shudder to think what would have happened if we were either out of the country or without cell phone service. In the end, everything worked out with the new sitter, but I would have preferred that this situation been handled in a more professional manner involving the sitter contacting Rover upfront.

Liesel was so great. She was on time and communicated well. Most importantly she was really nice to our dog Guinness. He came home calm and in such a good mood. This is so much better than when we used to put him in a kennel. I would definitely recommend Liesel to give your pup a friendly companion.
