I have been around dogs my entire life. I have been dog and house sitting for neighbors, family, and friends since I was nine years old. My family has owned many dog breeds (and some birds), so I have always been around animals. I currently have one Miniature Schnauzer named Luna and my parents have a Shih Tzu named Lily and Border Collie mix named Oreo. When my family raises a new puppy, I'm always there to work with them. I house train them every 30 minutes so they know that outside is not always play time. I spent many sleepless nights with my Luna when she was a puppy. I like a good game of fetch or tug. If your dog likes to play soccer, I'm up for that. My parents' Lily and Oreo love to play fetch; they will fetch the ball until your arm falls off. Oreo, the Border Collie mix, is still a puppy and he is very energetic. He just graduated his first training class, so I have picked up a few tricks of my own to teach Luna. Luna, however, is lazy. She will play for a good fifteen minutes and then slink off to lay next to you or on your feet. I am available Friday through Sunday to board, house sit, walk your dog, and drop-in to visit your furry friend. If you aren't able to take him/her to the vet, no problem! I am well-versed in taking pets to the vet as long as you voice your concerns. I am looking forward to meeting you and your pup!
