There’s just nothing like the friendship and companionship that dogs bring to our lives. They’re so full of love and always willing to be there when we need them. It’s for that reason that I’ve always wanted to give back to them however I could! I believe that dogs deserve the same quality care that we’re used to, so I want to do everything I can to make sure that happens for them. After all, there’s just nothing like seeing the smile come across a dog’s face when they know that they’re in good hands! I’ve been a lifelong dog lover! I currently have two mini Australian Shepherds right now, which are the lights of my life! They’re so friendly and always like to bring new friends into the fold. In addition to those two, I’ve pretty much had dogs all my life. Although I haven’t had the opportunity to volunteer just yet, I took it upon myself to foster several rescue dogs and help them transition to their forever homes. I loved being able to help dogs in need out, and it was such a treat to be able to help them out of the streets and into loving arms. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all.
