WFH - needing a furry friend to look after🐩🐕🦮

Pet care experience

I have grown up with labradors and small dogs (Bichon and Jack Russel!) since I was little and regularly dog sit for my in-laws yellow lab (Henry!) when they are away. Due to current situation and costs I am unable to have my own dog at the moment and would love to care for another that helps the owners schedule and fits into mine! I’ve loved animals and dogs forever so this is the perfect solution.

Thank you for making it so straightforward and for making her so comfortable. She looks very happy! Look forward to next time!

I usually look after a family friends Labrador every few weeks overnight and working from home days - I take him for a hour long walk on my lunch break and then frequent toilet breaks, food schedule as per owners requests and of course lots of attention 😀.

Information Liberty L. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog has any special preferences or routine to ensure that I will be able to accommodate this and prepare if necessary and they feel as at home as possible (and peace of mind for the owner). Also if they are allergic to anything or fears (ie. Afraid of bikes/other dogs/don’t like being stroked on their head etc). The more information the better so I can look after them as best you would. ?

A typical day

I usually love to go to the common on a nice day (less than a minutes walk from my flat) and will throw the ball (ensuring they are able to go off the lead and are name call trained, once I have built a good relationship with them) to ensure they are getting a good amount of exercise. Until I know the dog and owner I would not want to take off the lead. Also Gunnersbury Park is a 15 minute walk, therefore amazing to walk around and very safe and enclosed. Pitshanger Park is a lovely place to go as well to take a coffee and fresh air closer to the Broadway.

Availability

I live in Ealing, next to the common on a quiet residential road on ground floor flat with large drive and very secure. I work from home 3x days a week in tech sales (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) so am free to look after in the day and evenings on those days. My partner also loves dogs and has grown up with them since he was younger. I will be able to go on a lunchtime walk for one hour around either the common, Gunnersbury or pitshanger park as they are all in close distance to me.
