Hello! I am a young business professional (Air Traffic Controller) who has been pet-sitting her whole life. I have grown up with mostly Golden retrievers, labs, and German shepherds. I specialize in older dogs due to previously having a 17 y/o yellow lab mixed with golden retriever at home. I am accustomed to keeping to a strict schedule of medicine and helping keep them calm during a panic attack, any anxiety, or even just those scary claps of thunder. I volunteered with the Coweta County Humane Society for 3 years in Newnan, GA. Volunteering has provided me with basic training and insight into how your furry child's mind is working. I have also fostered cats for the Humane Society and have been provided with formal cat care training. I'm an active individual who enjoys long walks or runs and enjoy a follow up cuddle session! I have competed in 2 National Canine Biathlons in Anniston, AL with German Shepherd partners and have ranked nationally. These canine biathlons teach runners basic dog first aid, aggressions, and other miscellaneous behaviors. I'm very open and will happily answer any questions. I have been on Rover for over 4 years and used it for my own pets so please feel free to reach out with any questions regardless. I hope to provide a "fun summer vacation" experience for your animal. High energy and keeping as close as I can to their normal routine. Their comfort, while you are away, is my number one priority.
