As a pet caregiver, safety and trust are my top priorities. Making sure that the pet has access to a safe and secure area where they can rest and play. Removing any potential hazards such as toxic substances or sharp objects. Monitoring their behavior and watching for any signs of distress or discomfort, such as panting, pacing, or restlessness. Being aware of any food or environmental allergies that the pet may have and ensure that they are not exposed to anything that could trigger an allergic reaction. Following the clients instructions is another priority because every pet has different needs. I want them to feel as safe and secure as possible, as well as the owner being comfortable with their beloved pet in my hands! I understand that pets are important members of the family, and I take my responsibility to care for them seriously. Whether I am caring for a pet in my own home or in a client's home, I strive to create a environment that allows the pet to feel comfortable and relaxed. In addition to safety, I also prioritize building trust and strong relationships with my clients. I understand that leaving a pet in someone else's care can be stressful, and I work hard to establish a trusting relationship with both the pet and the owner. I am always available to answer questions and provide updates as well as photos, and I communicate regularly to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
