My primary experience comes from years being trained in a professional environment, caring for animals at a local animal shelter. Basic duties centered around managing feeding, cleaning, and playing, to keep pets happy and healthy until finding a 'furever home'. Beyond that, my duties involved handling animals to assist veterinary technicians perform exams, administer fluids and innoculations, and clipping nails. I am also comfortable managing medication schedules and administering oral and topical medications for those furry friends that require extra attention and care. Outside of a professional setting, I have been a long time sitter and dog walker for the pets of friends and family. No matter the size or temperament, I am accustomed to all kinds of personalities for all pets, big & small, old & young. As well as being passionate about treating pets with love and kindness, I've been able to use my previous experience to give them the best possible care and attention!
