A Dog's Vacation Days
Pet care experience
I have 2 small dogs, one that is 4 years old (Bear) and one that is 12 years old (Maisie). I take care of them when my family goes on vacation. I also have 3 years of experience dog sitting for 3 medium/large dogs for a friend of mine. I take care of them whenever my friend's family goes on vacation or to a family event across the country. I have dog sat for another friend on short notice when their original plans fell through.

Liam is a good friend and has watched my dogs multiple times now when my family and I are away on vacation. He gives frequent updates, knows how to handle all kinds of dogs, and has one of the most accurate memories I have ever seen - you will almost never need to tell him something twice, even if it's something you said 6 months ago in passing. I personally have 3 big, young dogs that can be a lot to handle for some, but Liam makes it look effortless. He also has 2 small dogs of his own, and has grown up being a dog owner. If you ask me, there's no one better to watch your dogs!
My dogs have a great time when Liam is around. They are well cared for and happy to stay in their own home. Liam is professional with the owners and fun-loving with the pets. I definitely recommend him!

I will ask the owner what their dogs sleeping and food arrangements are. I will memorize this, but also write it down. I will take the dogs out first thing in the morning or after feeding them (whatever, you the owner, prefers). I normally take the dogs out 4-5 times per day, pick up their poop right after, and will go on a daily walk if the owner would like that. I always take the dogs out after feeding them breakfast or dinner as well. I normally spend most of my time at the house and play with the dogs whenever I can! I will leave the house to get groceries or if I have a work shift and then return to the house right after. I aim to create a loving and caring environment for the dogs, so that they can also have a fun vacation while you are gone!

I'm available to dog sit throughout the week! I currently work 8-10 hours per week for a landscape company, but no more than 4-5 hours per day. I have dog sat several times before, during my summer work schedule, and have had no issues spending most of my days with the dogs!
