Pet care experience
Hi there! I have been working with dogs for many years in various settings, from personal pets to dog sitting. I also used to work as a vet receptionist so I have professional experience with animals, as well as volunteer experience at dog shelters. I have dealt with small, large, young and old dogs. I can walk, let out, bathe, feed, play fetch, snuggle, administer medication, take on adventures to the park, work on obedience training, and anything in between. I started out on Rover when I didn’t have a dog of my own, but was desperately craving the energy that dogs bring! I now currently have a dog named Willow and I would love to get the chance to treat your pet with the same love, dedication and attentiveness I show to my own! I can't wait to meet you and your furry friends and give them the best possible care and all the love I can provide! *not currently accepting boarding requests

Lia did a great job with my dogs. She was very patient with me as a first time user, was responsive to my messages, sent plenty of pictures, and accommodated a last-minute change in schedule for pick up. I know she did a phenomenal job because my dogs were not stressed out at all when I picked them up and clearly they had a good time. I highly recommend Lia for dog sitting and I would absolutely use her again.
I have known Lia for over 12 years and have always been impressed with how well she is with all animals and especially dogs. She has been around a variety of breeds and even puts up with our two rescue dogs who have many issues!
I have know Lia for 3 years and she has always been very passionate about animals, I think any dog in her care would be in good hands.

I love long walks (both structured and “free sniff” walks!), visiting the various parks in the area, fetch and toy play, and of course, snuggles!

Availability
I have a full-time job but I do have some flexibility and am willing to come up with a plan you are comfortable with in terms of a schedule for potty breaks, walks, feeding and play. I will also become a full-time student in January and will have more time and flexibility after I quit my job.
