Pet care experience
Hello! I’ve lived with a variety of animals- big and small- for as long as I’ve been alive. I grew up on a ranch with several animals. All of my past roommates and close friends have had animals and I’ve been the first to call when they were going out of town and needed a long term sitter or just needed someone to take the pup out for a walk or a frisbee throw. I’ve cared for animals with health issues and special needs. I understand that each animal has their own particular tendencies and preferences and I’m happy to go out of my way to provide for any furry friend and their needs, as they are truly gifts to us all! Lexie was an enthusiastic and loving sitter, we loved how well she took care of our pup! Our pup came home happy and tired. We got lots of pictures of her day adventures, and details of the days with the Rover card. Highly recommend, would definitely book again!
Lexie is the friend and sister your pup has been waiting to meet. She grew up in a large family full of animals and siblings, including a special needs brother. Her gift to relate, create safe spaces, and include people extends to the animals that she surrounds herself with. She’s reliable, detail oriented, and serious when it comes to animal health. I feel lucky to be able to have such a trusted kind hearted person watch the littlest of my fam when we’re not around.

I live across the street from a very pet friendly park so there is plenty of room for your pup to run around. I’m happy to crate if needed, but I truly enjoy the time I get to spend with each animal so time spent inside would still be with me just doing stuff around the house or cuddling them while unwinding. My roommate and I have a very friendly little dashaund that would love to keep them company as well but it is also easy to keep them separate.

A typical day
Walks around west end avenue-I also love Shelby park, playing ball in the park across the street, playing with toys in the house, cuddling (or not if that’s not their thing).

I work part time so I have plenty of availability to love on and care for an animals needs. I enjoy going on long walks and playing in the park.
