Pet care experience
Hi everyone! I’m Lexi, a Northeastern graduate who lives in Weymouth and looking to take care of (and play with!) your pets! I’m originally from Cape Cod, and have a Westie, George “Bailey,” back home who I miss terribly. When I do get to see him, I love taking him on walks at the Cape Cod Canal, running off energy with him at the beach, playing “tag” around the house, bringing out his favorite toys, and of course cuddling up for naps. I hope I can watch after your dogs or other furry children and show them around the area - there are plenty of great parks to play at here! I’m available during weekdays and weekends (if requested 2 weeks in advance). I am currently taking pets in-house and am happy to arrange longer term petcare. I can also run errands with and for your dog if necessary, such as pet store runs and grooming appointments. I know that a pet is more like a best friend or another child, and promise to take great care of (and definitely spoil) yours!

Lexi took fantastic care of Winnie during our extended trip away! Communication was excellent, and Lexi managed treatment of a small pre-existing medical issue responsibly and thoroughly. It’s clear that Winnie felt comfortable and had a great time. We’d happily leave Winnie in Lexi’s care again!
Lexi was the perfect dog sitter. She arranged a time to meet with us before our vacation to meet Oliver and learn about his needs. Then while we were gone, she sent lots of photos and gave us plenty of updates. She was very responsive and detail-oriented in her care. When we returned home, our house was just as we left it and Oliver was happy to greet us. Can’t wait to book with Lexi again.
Lexi watched our cat (Bones) and dog (Beast) over a long weekend on very short notice. She was responsive, friendly, and made sure to send us pictures and updates every day we were gone. Our condo was immaculate when we got home and our for babies were happy. I'd definitely recommend Lexi and will likely ask her to come over again for pet sitting in the future.

I am currently offering pet sitting in my home, and am accustomed to pet sitting at least once a month, so we’ve got a great setup for it. I believe pets should feel right at home when they’re under my care. We’re a loving house with plenty of room for your fur babies to explore, and allow animals on our living room couch and in our bed at night time. We also have plenty of open spots for dog beds or scratching posts for longer-term stays so your pet can be right nearby with us. If we need to leave the house for a short period, we typically close in the kitchen/dining room to avoid any piddles while we’re out, but this still leaves animals with lots of space to roam. And we’re sure to provide plenty of play time in the living room or in the yard when we’re back! I also love to spoil pets with lots of scratches and cuddles, and they’ll always leave with a special new toy after their stay.

I’d love to know about your dog’s personality so I can find the best way to take care of them. I love scrappy dogs, but must admit all dogs are cute! As I am a shorter person, I work better with small to midsize dogs, but am willing to care for larger dogs with tamer personalities!
A typical day
Whenever possible, I try to get my dog outdoors in the fresh air, and would love to walk your dogs around the city to any of their favorite parks (or landmarks). If you ever need to drop your dog off with me for a few hours, I’ll be sure to take him a lake view walk - doggy heaven! On rainy days I will make sure your pup gets his energy out indoors with his favorite toys, and will always be sure to provide lots of pats and scratches (and the occasional treat)!
