I have owned and grown up with dogs since 3 years of age, and have had experience with full time care for all types of animals, including not only dogs, but cats, horses, large birds, rabbits and rodents, as well as large exotic animals and exotic house pets. I have personally owned large dogs in the past, including a chow-german shepherd mix and an english mastiff (who continues to live with my mother in our family home), though I have spent countless hours house-sitting and caring for many other sizes and breeds (from chihuahuas to medium poodles to labradors and bulldogs)! Having been an equestrian for nearly 17 years and working part-time in barns as well, I have had much experience administering medication and emergency medical care to all sorts of animals - from oral medication in pill or liquid form to giving vaccines and intramuscular shots to horses and allergy shots to our barn dogs, I've got it covered!
