Pet care experience
Hi! Thank you for considering me to take care of your fur baby. I have been a dog owner my whole life, most recently to my own fur baby, Jude. I also have a history of house sitting and dog sitting for many different family and friends, as well as a brief resume using Rover. I am a dog lover at heart- I love all dogs, regardless of size, breed or temperament. As my dad has a background in raising and rescuing dobermans, I am no stranger to big dogs with aggressive reputations and/or behaviors. Also my pet care experience has included caring for both elderly and sick dogs and cats so I am prepared and comfortable for all situations!

Lexi is an amazing dogsitter. She cares for my dogs very often and is always reliable and the dogs love her very much. I highly recommend Lexi as a dog caregiver.
She watched my dog for a week when I was on vacation and I can definitely say she took extremely good care of him. She also left our home exactly as we left it. All in all, she did an excellent job of taking care of my dog and we already hired her to watch him again!
Lexi has a great love for animals of all types. She is extremely compassionate and caring which is reflected in the numerous animals she has cared for. It does not matter time of day or day of the week she makes it her top priority. Lexi has done several lengthy in home services for those that want someone in the home while the owners are away. I highly recommend Lexi for Rover.com!
Lexi has been my pet sitter over the last year. We have two dogs, a cat and a gecko. She always does a wonderful job caring for them and give them tons of attention and love. It's always hard to leave my pets alone for any length of time, but knowing Lexi is caring for them while I'm gone, puts my heart at rest.

I have a fenced in yard at my home and a very friendly dog that loves to play with other dogs. When visiting clients homes I always make sure to get an understanding of boundaries they have for their pets prior to my first visit. I would never allow a dog I am caring for to be off leash unless requested and authorized by the owner.

A typical day
You’re dog is my boss (to an extent lol); in other words, I am game for whatever activities they love. I am happy to play games of fetch, tug-of-war, or, my dog’s personal favorite, “can you catch me to get this toy out of mouth?” Also, if requested or consented by the owner, I love a trip to the dog park for a fun and tiring game of catch. Let me know your pups favorite activities, walk routes, and parks and i’ll be sure to oblige!

I currently work 2 part time jobs that have schedules that allow me to be flexible with the times you’d like your dog checked on or cared for, but also allows chunks of time for me to stay and play with them.
