I have been working professionally in the veterinary world for 7 years; and have been certified as a veterinary technician within the state of Massachusetts since 2015. I currently direct and teach a Veterinary Technology program at a local community college, therefore I have a strong educational background in training, behavior and nutritional and exercise needs of all dog and cat breeds. In the event of an emergency with your pet, my background as a trauma / ICU Veterinary Nurse supports my strong skills in CPR and pet care in the event of injury or sickness. Animals are my world and I treat every pet as if it were my own. My compassionate and educational background in veterinary medicine can ease your mind about having your pet spend time with a stranger!

Tell me about your dog before we get started! All dogs have their own personalities - their likes, their dislikes - I want to know about them all! Do they have any quirks I should be aware of? Is there anything specific they are fearful of? Do they have a favorite spot they like to be scratched? A favorite toy? A favorite treat? We can accomodate any of these things for your furry friend!
A typical day
With my own dogs we often spend our days going on hikes through local conservation lands. We also occasionally visit dog-friendly hiking parks in surrounding towns and local dog-friendly mountains. Additionally, behind my current residence sits acres of private land containing miles of hiking trails, a river, and a beautiful, scenic waterfall. (Beautiful pictures of your furry friend will always accompany a visit to our secret spot!)
