Hello! My name is Lexi and I’ve been pet sitting for the last 5 years in Ohio! Now I’m in Amarillo and need new clients and furry friends! Thanks to my flexible schedule, I can take clients that might have to leave town for work or other reasons regularly. I had one back in Ohio where I was over taking care of their puppies and kitties for at least one weekend every month! Since I do one client at a time, I can easily start doing that again for you! Most of my repeat clients were private (off rover) and some of them have left me testimonials on here. Those are the reviews that don’t say ‘verified stay.’ They have offered to be references for me too if you would like to contact them before proceeding with the booking! I require meet and greets before the booking starts and ask that you write or type out care instructions for me to use. While I can be there full time, I might leave for appointments, errands, or just to have dinner with my family. I do NOT take more than one client at a time though so your pets will be my main priority. Keep in mind that I do not drive. This is one reason why I ask for emergency contacts. Whether it be a friend, family member, or neighbor in case something happens. It’s also why I only do one client at a time. Thank you for reading and I hope I get to meet you and your pets soon!

Lexi did a great job watching our two German Shepherds Zena and Regan. We enjoyed time with family out of town while she stayed at the house watching the dogs. Everything was good and me and my wife enjoyed the puppy collages! Thanks Lexi!
Lexi did an amazing job with Scouty! She took really good care of him and even sent us photos of him. We appreciate that she devoted her attention to Scouty and making sure he was happy and comfortable. We will definitely use Lexi again!
Lexi has been watch my 2 dogs when I go on vacation. My dogs love her! She comes twice a day and plays with them, feeds them and gives them fresh water daily. She puts them to bed with a treat and sends me daily pictures. Never had an issue and would highly recommend her!
This was the first time I have ever had someone stay over to house sit my kitties and guinea pig. I always feel bad leaving them and them being lonely, so when I found Lexi I was excited to give it a try. My sister had used lexi for her dog several times and was extremely pleased, so I booked her for a week while we were out of town on vacation. We met a few days prior to us leaving to meet all the animals and go over details. Lexi did such an amazing job with our babies. I loved that she sent several collage photos of our kitties and guinea pig while we were away. It was so comforting knowing they were being well cared for and the photos throughout the week were such a sweet jesture and appreciated. Lexi followed all directions asked of her and kept the house clean and neat while we were away. Do not hesitate on booking lexi. She will show your animals love and compassion and she's completely trustworthy. We are so glad we did!!

- Any allergies I should be aware of? - Do they take medication or have any recent injuries? - Do they have a crate they should be in when I arrive or leave? - Are they dog friendly and greet others (including people) nicely when on walks? Or dog aggressive? - I prefer dogs that are under 60 lbs. But don't have any specific breeds that I like more than others. So I'm open for all dog breeds that are under 60 lbs. Unless bigger dogs have a fenced in backyard.
A typical day
I will take them for walks around the neighborhood. I'll also play with them for sure once we are back inside their own house unless they have a yard and it's nice out then I'll play with them outside. Or if they are older and rather snuggle on the couch I'll gladly do that too!
