Pet care experience
I have been a dog lover my whole life, and I grew up around big dogs (chow-chows). I am comfortable with all sorts of dogs as I have dog-sat for a variety of different breeds, ages, and temperaments from hyperactive German Shepherds to senior Chihuahuas. I also worked at a veterinary technology center for a number of years where I cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, mice, hamsters, rats, and birds. Because of this experience and my own personal experience with a senior dog, I am comfortable administering medication, and I am familiar with the challenges that come with older animals. I am also comfortable with multiple animals at a time as well as special needs animals—both of which I have cared for in the past.

Thank you so much Lexi for being flexible and watching our Dogs and Cats over the holidays. Lexi took great care of an elderly 100+ pound german shepherd and a rambunctious 100+ pound 2 year old. It's great having such a reliable sitter that can handle big breeds.

I would like to know temperament, age, breed, any behavioral quirks or preferences, and general personality so that we can get used to each other quicker. I grew up around larger dogs and am more familiar with them, but I have taken care of a number of different breeds and I am comfortable with pretty much all dogs.
A typical day
Now that the weather is getting warmer, I would love to take breaks from working to go outside and walk or go to the park. I like to go to Clark park or the Woodlands cemetery.
